Located in Walthamstow, Somerset Road is the reconfiguration of a traditional Victorian terrace for a developer client. The project maximises the property’s potential value by opening up the ground floor, introducing a new layout that creates flow and light throughout the home.

By forming a generous open-plan living area, the design transforms the way the house is viewed by potential buyers. The result is a carefully considered update that respects the character of the original property while delivering contemporary spaces for modern life.
