This striking new home in Netley Abbey is a celebration of Modernist and Bauhaus-inspired design, thoughtfully tailored to reflect the clients’ architectural passion. Located within the picturesque Netley Abbey Conservation Area and set against a tranquil lakeside backdrop, the design blends contemporary form with sensitive site integration.
Now under construction, the 400m² home is set to become a landmark of modern design within a cherished natural and historic landscape.
Early collaboration with the local planning authority through the pre-application advice service played a key role in securing planning permission on the first submission—without the need for revisions. This proactive approach ensured a smooth transition from concept to construction, preserving the architectural integrity of the design while respecting the unique character of its historic setting.
Now under construction, the 400m² home is set to become a landmark of modern design within a cherished natural and historic landscape.
